UI/UX design · Jeddah & across KSA

Product design that makes complicated work feel simple.

Research, user journeys, interface design and design systems for apps, web platforms, kiosks and operational tools, shaped around the people who will use them every day.

Our approach

Make the expensive decisions on screen, not in code.

We bring customer needs, business goals and technical limits into the same conversation from day one. Key flows are prototyped and reviewed early, while changes are still cheap.

Because our designers sit alongside the engineers who will build the product, what we hand over is buildable, consistent and ready for development.

What you receive
  • Research summary and user journeys
  • Wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • High-fidelity UI for web and mobile
  • Component library and design rules
  • Developer handover and build support

The business case

Design problems we help untangle

Problem 01

Users get lost or give up

Analytics show drop-off at sign-up, checkout or setup. We find out why and redesign the moment that fails.

Problem 02

Every screen looks slightly different

Years of additions without a system. We consolidate patterns into reusable components.

Problem 03

Staff need training for simple tasks

Internal tools that grew feature by feature. We simplify the paths people use most.

Problem 04

A new product with no clear shape

Plenty of ideas, no agreed flow. We turn them into journeys and a testable prototype.

Who it’s for

Who our design work is for

01

Product teams before a build

Validate flows and look-and-feel before engineering budget is committed.

02

Businesses with a live product

Fix usability problems and refresh the interface without starting again.

03

Operations and kiosk projects

Design for busy, public or high-pressure environments where clarity matters most.

04

In-house developers

A design system and specs that let your own team build consistently.

  • Colour, type and spacing tokens
  • Reusable component libraries
  • Usage guidance for designers and developers

Usability and accessibility

Evidence that the design works for real people.

  • Moderated usability sessions
  • Contrast, focus and readability reviews
  • Iteration based on what testing shows

SeaRebbel boating companion app

In practice · SeaRebbel

Controls have to be clear while you are moving.

Recreational boaters need mobile controls that are clear, responsive and dependable while they are navigating, often in bright light and with one hand.

We built the React Native iOS and Android companion app for the SeaRebbel boating experience, with an interface designed to be read and used quickly.

How we deliver

How a design engagement runs

  1. Learn

Goals, audiences, existing analytics and where today’s experience causes friction. We talk to users wherever we can.

  2. Frame

Turn what we learn into journeys, a clear structure and an agreed list of priorities.

  3. Prototype and test

Interactive prototypes of the key flows, tested with users and refined before engineering starts.

  4. Hand over and support

A complete design system and annotated screens, with designers available while the product is built.

Why ArrowTech

Why ArrowTech for product design

Design that can be built

Our designers work beside the engineers who build the product, so every screen is checked for feasibility before handover.

Local context

We understand bilingual audiences and Saudi user expectations, and can run research sessions in person.

From screens to shipped product

If you need it, the same team can take your design all the way to a live app or platform.

Relevant work

Projects where the interface carried the product.

Boat controls read at a glance, health reports laid out for quick review, and a kiosk families use without help.

FAQ

Common questions about design engagements.

Wondering how a design project would work alongside your developers? Just ask.

Ask about ui/ux design
Do you only design, or can you build it too?

Both. Some clients take our designs to their own developers; others ask us to build. Either way, the handover is written for engineers.

Which design tools do you use?

We work mainly in Figma, which lets your team comment on designs and keep ownership of the files.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We extend your brand into a digital design system rather than replacing it. If guidelines are thin, we fill the gaps with your approval.

Do you test designs with real users?

Wherever possible. Even a handful of sessions with real users usually reveals the biggest problems before they reach development.

How do you handle Arabic interfaces?

We design bilingual layouts from the beginning, mirroring navigation and adjusting typography for right-to-left reading rather than simply flipping screens.
