The challenge

Patient ID cannot wait for the Wi-Fi.

Patient identification has to stay dependable even when connectivity is limited or the admission desk is under pressure. A failed print at the wrong moment slows admissions and adds risk.

We delivered an offline-first wristband management application for patient identity printing, with workflow support for hospital information systems and compatible thermal printers.
